SO WHAT IS IT?
Discipleship Training School (DTS) is a 5-6 month school where you’ll embark on a mission to first know God and then make Him known.
Know God
The lecture phase will give you 12 weeks of deeper insight into life with Christ and taking up your cross daily to follow Him so that we can accomplish what He has commanded. Each week is a different topic from the Father Heart of God and Hearing God’s Voice to Spiritual Warfare and relationships to name just a few.
Make Him known
In the final two months of the DTS we go into a different culture (outreach location TBD) and practice what we have learned over the last 12 weeks. Some examples of outreach include evangelism, construction, children’s ministry, elderly care, rehab and prison ministry, teaching English, and everything in between.

Who Is it for?
DTS is designed for those who earnestly desire to seek the Lord, grow in intimacy with Him, and step into a lifestyle of missions in obedience to the Great Commission.
In addition, applicants should:
Be 18 years of age or older
Be single or married without children
Be willing to live and serve in physically challenging and sometimes uncomfortable conditions, particularly during outreach
Be in good physical and emotional health, with the ability to participate fully in all aspects of the school
Be prepared to engage in a lecture-based classroom environment for approximately 12 weeks
Demonstrate a teachable spirit and a willingness to live in Christian community
Be committed to following Jesus Christ and responding obediently to His call on their lives
COST
Cost of term includes plane tickets to and from outreach location, food, housing, and transportation within the schedule of the DTS for 5-6 months.
